As a remote representative, you'll support clients by accurately responding to inquiries and managing work order tasks post-training. Your professional approach will ensure that the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is efficiently maintained while fostering strong client relationships. Your contribution will be vital to the team's success in delivering essential facility services.
Key Responsibilities:• Handle customer calls and email inquiries promptly • Clarify and fulfill requests efficiently • Maintain accurate records within the CMMS system • Document interactions according to protocols • Organize and follow up on customer interactions
Requirements:• 2-3 years of relevant call centre or customer service experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work independently in a quiet environment • French language skills are beneficial
