GreenFox Windows&Doors is hiring an Assembler / Machine Operator (Door Production) to join our Edmonton manufacturing team. This role is for someone who takes pride in clean assembly, safe work habits, and consistent output. You'll follow standard operating procedures, meet daily production targets, and ensure every unit leaves your station ready for the next step--with zero damage and zero quality failures.
Key Responsibilities Process Improvement
Follow documented SOPs and standard assembly times to keep production consistent
Identify inefficiencies or repeat issues and report them to your supervisor to support continuous improvement
Maintain accurate tracking of parts/products required to complete each build
Project Assistance
Support small production improvements under supervision (layout changes, station organization, tooling updates)
Help track daily targets, progress, and handoffs to keep builds moving through the line
Continuous Learning
Learn GreenFox assembly standards, quality expectations, and best practices for product handling
Improve speed and accuracy over time while maintaining workmanship and safety standards
IT Support&Coordination
Report equipment/tool issues and coordinate with your supervisor for service/repair needs
Communicate material shortages or hardware needs early to prevent downtime
Qualifications
Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
Strong attention to detail and quality-minded workmanship
Comfortable working in a production environment with daily targets and standard times
Able to follow SOPs and work orders accurately
Safety-first mindset with strong respect for PPE and proceduresPhysically able to handle door units and perform 2-person carries as required
Manufacturing/assembly experience is an asset (doors/windows/woodworking a plus)
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
