Case Management Social Worker Position, Edmonton

Key Responsibilities:• Manage 25-30 active cases each quarter directly • Conduct intake assessments based on practice standards • Refer clients to appropriate external agencies • Document and report on case outcomes timely • Participate in programme team for group work initiatives

Requirements:• Degree in Social Work or related social science field • Relevant experience through internships or placements • Strong foundation in social work values and ethics • Understanding of work with vulnerable populations • Commitment to timely documentation and reporting processes
