In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of product development, ensuring that all designs and prototypes meet strict safety and performance standards. Key Responsibilities:• Design and install critical semiconductor components • Conduct experimental evaluations to enhance designs • Create detailed CAD documentation for manufacturing • Estimate project budgets and timelines • Collaborate with project teams and vendors
Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering • Minimum 2 years mechanical engineering experience • Proficient in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView • Experience with automated equipment troubleshooting • Familiarity with die bonder applications preferred
