Oversee production dynamics as the Lead Production Supervisor during the afternoon shift from 2 PM to 11 PM. Drive improvements in safety, quality, and production efficiency across operations.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, your leadership will ensure production objectives are achieved while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll focus on coaching and guiding hourly employees, monitoring quality indicators, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Engage in resource management and contribute to the overall success of production operations on your shift.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage production lines according to established plans • Provide ongoing leadership and direction to the team • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in production schedules • Evaluate sanitation SOP compliance before daily operations • Conduct inspections and compile necessary reports
Requirements:• Post-secondary education with a focus on food processing • 3-5 years of experience in related fields • In-depth knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Lean concepts • Ability to manage teams within HR policies • Proficient in MS Office applications
