Reporting to the Active Living Manager, you will foster positive relationships with residents while keeping detailed records of participation and program outcomes. Key Responsibilities:• Support planning and execution of recreational activities • Keep accurate department records on resident participation • Facilitate effective communication with families and staff • Organize outings and assess individual resident engagement • Assist with meal service and perform related duties

Requirements:• Diploma in Recreation, Gerontology, or a related field • Experience working with senior citizens preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written • Valid driver's license for resident transportation
