RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced/deployed to our client as Senior Production Technician.
Morning: 7:30am– 4:30pm
Afternoon: 3:30pm– 12:30am +$15 per shift
Night: 11:30pm– 8:30am +$25 per shift
Job Scope Execute mechanical assembly, testing, and fault diagnosis of equipment in accordance with technical requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate build.
Support production activities and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to meet delivery timelines.
Conduct inspections on parts and sub-assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with the Engineering team to enhance product performance and optimize processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Maintain strict compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures.
For senior-level responsibilities, assist with production planning, coordination, and preparation of operational report.
Requirements Diploma in Engineering or related technical field.
At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, mechanical diagrams, and electrical schematics.
Hands‑on experience in mechanical assembly, equipment testing, and troubleshooting.
Comfortable working in cleanroom settings and environments.
Able to handle manual tasks, including lifting up to 23 kg and climbing ladders.
Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments.
