Senior Process Engineer for ACHE Design, Edmonton

In this senior role, you will oversee all phases of projects, including concept development and troubleshooting. Your key responsibilities will involve sensitivity analyses, drafting thermal design reports, and collaborating with different engineering teams to ensure practical and efficient designs. Additionally, you will help enforce compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards across all stages of design.

Key Responsibilities:• Rate and size ACHEs using HTRI Xchanger Suite • Perform sensitivity analyses on various operational parameters • Create validated thermal design documentation • Develop and standardize internal ACHE design practices • Liaise with teams for integration and performance testing

Requirements:• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering • 5+ years relevant experience in ACHE thermal design • Strong knowledge of heat transfer and thermal design • Proficient in HTRI Xchanger Suite and MS Office • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
