Key Responsibilities:• Prepare daily production and distribution reports • Generate circulation statistics for month-end reviews • Provide support to call center inquiries • Maintain subscriber and dealer information • Assist with departmental goals and special projects

Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High initiative and teamwork capability
