Take the lead in warehouse operations as a Warehouse Team Lead. Focus on outbound logistics and the total supply chain process while maintaining safety and efficiency as core priorities.

In this leadership role, you will coordinate all aspects of warehousing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating effective communication between staff and management. Responsibilities include executing standard work instructions, overseeing training initiatives, and actively participating in safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment • Liaise between frontline staff and management • Document all system discrepancies accurately • Perform essential, physically demanding tasks • Participate in safety and compliance training

Requirements:• 3+ years of leadership in logistics • Valid MHE certification required • Background in Multi-Client 3PL environments • Familiar with Power BI, WMS(SAP), and Microsoft Office • Strong verbal and written communication skills
