Warehouse Lead Reports To: General Manager and/or Field Manager
Status: Full-time, Permanent

Location Address: Edmonton, AB
Position Description The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This role involves coordinating shipping and receiving, optimizing storage solutions, and supervising warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. The supervisor works closely with procurement teams, parts runners, and technicians to streamline processes and support overall business operations. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and experience in inventory control and logistics are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Check availability of equipment, including rental HWTs, and requisition in order to arrive on time, in coordination with installation department
Requisition material and supplies based on min/max quantities determined by area ops.
Stock trucks from warehouse for supplies and materials
Physical receipt of inventory, lifting required
Bar code parts as received
Put parts in bin for each tech
Match purchase orders to packing slips
Stage jobs for installations
Coordinate with installation department for staging of jobs
Coordinate inventory returns
Coordinate return of rental HWTs
RGA logs, and follow up of outstanding items
Warranty returns, and follow up of those outstanding
Keep warehouse organized and clean
Coordinate Inventory counts
Inventory count inputting into STARS
Assist with inventory counting and verifying
Comply with the Health&Safety roles and responsibilities required of this position.
Other duties to be determined
Qualifications
Experience with Service Titan software a definite asset
High school diploma required. Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
Extensive previous warehouse supervision experience
Requires a sound understanding of documents and procedures.
Understanding of geographical area— streets, highways, towns, etc.
Exceptional written, verbal and organizational skills.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent understanding and knowledge of Company policies and related procedures and systems
Must have good typing skills and good knowledge of Excel
The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria
