Your Role– Software Development Manager You will lead a Booking engineering team that shapes the patient scheduling and communication experience. Your responsibilities include:

Creating an environment where developers deliver meaningful outcomes for patients and practitioners.

Building strong communication rhythms within the team and across Booking.

Guiding the team through iterative planning and delivery while improving engineering discipline.

Coaching developers to grow their craft and fostering a learning mindset.

Partnering with Product and Design to solve the most meaningful problems.

Supporting your team in using AI tools responsibly across the development lifecycle.

The Experience We Need

University Degree in Computer or a related STEM field plus approximately 10+ years of experience (or equivalent).

2+ years leading or coaching developers, either as a people manager or in a senior technical role.

Experience guiding teams through planning, delivery, and operational ownership of production systems, ideally within a SaaS or product environment.

Track record of improving engineering practices and supporting teams through change, ambiguity, and growth.

Comfort balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term technical thinking.

Compensation&Benefits Annual salary range:

$158,400 to $247,500 . Most new hires join at the accomplished stage, representing an annual salary of

$188,100 .
