We’re hiring an organized and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
for a growing operations-focused company. This is a full-time, in-office role in Edmonton for 3 months with potential for extension. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative support, light reporting, and front-line communication. What You’ll Do Perform high-volume data entry and maintain internal databases with accuracyReview and format internal reports to ensure completeness and consistency Prepare client-ready documentation for internal approval and distribution Coordinate daily communications, ensuring reports and invoices are sent out on time Maintain and update customer and account records Answer and direct incoming calls professionallyProvide general administrative and office support as needed What You Bring 1-3years in an administrative or office support role with data entry requirements.
