This role requires a minimum of three years of bartending or food and beverage experience. You will be responsible for preparing drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Your Pro Serve certification and passion for diverse beverages will ensure guest satisfaction and safety. You'll actively participate in health and safety initiatives to create an optimal working environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and serve a multitude of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks • Keep Servers informed about product availability • Ensure the bar is clean and organized • Utilize computer systems for ordering and reporting • Manage ordering and tracking of bar inventory

Requirements:• Minimum three years relevant experience in bartending • Possession of a Pro Serve certificate is necessary • Previous experience in a restaurant/bar setting required • Hotel management diploma considered an asset • Demonstrate strong knowledge of wines, liquors, and beers
