Logistics Coordinator – Warehouse Operations (Edmonton)

This is not just another warehouse role. This is an operational coordination position for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, likes solving problems, staying organized, and helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing - Coordinating communication between warehouse, dispatch, towers, and drivers - Organizing workflow priorities and supporting warehouse operations - Managing BOLs, documentation, and scanning compliance - Assisting with freight tracking and issue resolution - Supporting inventory tracking and warehouse billing tasks - Identifying operational issues and helping keep freight moving efficiently What We’re Looking For We are looking for people who: - stay organized under pressure - communicate clearly and directly - take ownership naturally - notice problems before others do - want growth and responsibility - work well in rapid moving environments Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, or dispatch is an asset, but mindset and attitude matter more to us than a perfect resume. “Hire for Attitude, Train for Skill.” Why Western Dispatch?
