Registered Dental Assistant (Edmonton)

About Us: A well-established dental practice just 20 min south of Edmonton, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to our community is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Assistant with ortho module to join our team. Responsibilities: - Lead the treatment chair with care and precision of a busy schedule - Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment as needed - Take dental images, scans and radiology as directed - Record patient medical histories and vital signs and any concerns - Attend and be prepared for daily operations meetings every morning - Provide patients with oral care and post op instructions following procedures - Ensure patient comfort and manage anxiety during treatments - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation every day by end of day. - Perform routine office tasks as needed Qualifications: - Registered Dental Assistant certification - Previous experience in a dental office preferred but will train the right person - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team workplace - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Proficiency in dental software and technology - Ortho module necessary Schedule: - Monday through Friday No weekends Wage will be reflective on experience.
