Retail Racking Site Supervisor, NIGHTS (Edmonton)

We are looking for hard-working Site Coordinators to be responsible for leading the end-to-end maintenance, racking & merchandising for a variety of big box stores across Canada. The Ideal candidate is mobile, flexible, and highly skilled at inspiring teams to ensure the successful completion of every project. Duties & Responsibilities - Organize and plan an effective way to complete the scope of work - Work independently or with a team that can include temps and subcontractors - Read, understand, and explain blueprints/store layouts - Communicate and report job progress and deficiencies electronically - Able to manage multiple projects at various sites simultaneously - Lead and train by example - Daily reporting to store management, and supervisors Skills and Requirements · Prior experience in retail environment including retail racking and fixtures · Able to receive and provide clear direction over the phone · Computer skills required for reporting and timesheets · Forklift & Elevated Platform Licenses an asset, but we will provide training · Reliable vehicle & driver’s license for transportation to various workplaces · Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs. · Willing to work nights (usually 9pm to 5am OR 10:30pm – 7 am) · Able to travel across Canada We offer a Total Compensation Package including: · Competitive Wages · We pay for EXPERIENCE · All travel paid (when away from home location), including hotel, flight, per diem allowance, etc.; · Benefit package second to none; · Phone allowance · A secure Fulltime position with the chance for advancement · Great people to work with Who we are: · ServRite JBMD is one of Canada's leaders in retail fixture installation, servicing Canada's big box retailers from coast to coast.
