What You’ll Be Doing - Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online - Book, change, and cancel reservations with ease - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately - Support travelers with our online booking system - Assist with check-in, luggage storage, and boarding - Answer questions with professionalism and care - Keep the ticket office clean, organized, and fully stocked - Complete light cleaning and administrative tasks What You Bring - Required availability for all shift types, including days, evenings, weekends, split shifts and holidays - A positive, service-first attitude - Strong verbal communication skills - Confident problem-solving and decision-making abilities - High attention to detail and ability to learn quickly - Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office experience preferred) - Ability to meet pre-employment background screening requirements What We Offer - Hourly wage: $17.00 - Part-time schedule (16–32 hours/week) - Requires availability for all shift types, including days, evenings, weekends, split shifts and holidays - Employer-paid parking - Discounted travel on our motorcoaches - A role that supports work-life balance About Keolis Canada Keolis delivers mobility solutions to over 3.4 billion passengers annually across 15 countries.
