Shape the corporate infrastructure landscape as the EVP in Alberta's construction industry, with dual focus on safety governance and operational excellence. This hybrid role requires proven leadership in high-risk environments.
As the Executive Vice President of Corporate Infrastructure, you will report directly to the CEO and be a key player in guiding organizational governance and safety strategy. Your role encompasses overseeing Human Resources, HSE, IT, and Legal, ensuring that operational practices comply with regulatory requirements across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead governance frameworks and standards development • Champion a safety-first culture across all operations • Provide oversight of workforce planning and employee relations • Collaborate with executive leaders on business alignment • Oversee contractual risks and legal compliance matters
Requirements:• Senior leadership experience in construction or comparable industries • Proven accountability in safety and compliance oversight • Ability to balance governance with business practicality • Strong leadership presence and communication skills • Skilled at managing high-pressure incidents
