Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients. Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach, to expand client base. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company database. Experience 1 year experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
