Join our risk team as a Document Administrator, where you will manage and oversee vital documentation processes. Your role is key in upholding compliance, vendor engagement, and tracking agreements.
In the position of Document Administrator, you will actively contribute to organizational risk management by ensuring company documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Youll coordinate with vendors, manage enrollment documentation, and provide support across various administrative processes. Collaborate with different teams to bridge any gaps in compliance and operational procedures, ensuring timely execution of documents.
Key Responsibilities: • Ensure vendor documentation meets compliance standards • Assist vendors in completing enrollment within specified timelines • Process incoming vendor change requests diligently • Partner with operations on subcontract agreement issuance • Maintain tracking of agreements to ensure timely execution
Requirements: • 1–3 years in document control or similar roles • Construction industry experience is an added advantage • Robust organization and time-management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Knowledge of Vista and DocuSign beneficial
