Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our digital marketing team. This role is essential in developing and executing engaging social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support our e-commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, graphic design, and analytics to optimize content performance and achieve marketing objectives. Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others. - Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Canva or any other creative apps or software to align with brand standards. - Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content discoverability and organic reach. - Manage social media scheduling to ensure consistent posting schedules. - Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to inform future strategies. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall branding, promotions, and e-commerce campaigns. - Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner to foster community interaction. - Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing to continually enhance campaign effectiveness. - Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication. - Assist in managing Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and maximize outreach. Experience - Proven experience in social media management within a digital marketing or e-commerce workplace. - Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Creative softwares. - Experience using Canva or similar social media management tools. - Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making. - Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns. - Understanding of digital marketing strategies including content creation, branding, and audience engagement. - Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content. - Ability to adapt quickly to new trends in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
