Job Summary The Distribution Centre Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse and yard. This position oversees shipping, receiving, inventory control, and team coordination to meet customer expectations and operational goals. The DCC provides frontline leadership, promotes a strong safety culture, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do - Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and service standards - Monitor workflows and proactively address potential service gaps - Support and guide warehouse and yard teams, including scheduling, productivity, and performance feedback - Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, investigations, and system updates - Promote and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with Health & Safety and C-TPAT requirements - Resolve operational issues and customer concerns effectively - Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members - Maintain organized yard and warehouse operations, including proper storage and material handling - Collaborate with logistics, production, and customer service teams What You Bring - High school diploma or equivalent experience - Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with RF systems or SAP is an asset - Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations - Forklift experience and First Aid certification are assets - Ability to pass a background check as required Why Join IPEX - Cooperative and people-focused environment - Opportunities for growth and development - A dynamic workplace where your contributions make an impact Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2otvoq
