Marketing and Sales Assistant (Edmonton)

Are you a fresh grad with a Marketing degree or diploma? Looking for a place to get that bread and level up your skills? General Body & Equipment Ltd., one of Canada’s main characters in industrial work trucks, is opening a new position: Marketing and Sales Assistant. We need someone to help us go viral and show off all the fire stuff we design and build. The successful candidate for this entry-level role is a recent Marketing grad who’s both a creative genius and a data nerd. You’ll be tackling a variety of side quests assigned by the President, Ops Manager, and Sales Manager to help us understand the market vibes and promote our products to potential buyers. The main tasks include (but aren't limited to): - Managing the company’s social media presence and posts (no flops allowed) - Analyzing sales data for trends (checking the stats) - Doing market research to find new opportunities - Vibe-checking with our Ad Agency on new marketing campaigns and initiatives - Researching new product ideas - Taking pics of recent units and managing a marketing photo archive - Doing follow-up satisfaction surveys with existing customers - Creating internal and external manuals for our products and processes - Assisting the sales team with admin tasks and research - Internal and external Brand management (keeping the aesthetic on point) Required Skills/Qualifications: - Business Degree/Diploma with a Marketing Specialization - Being chronically online (familiar with X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) - Working knowledge of website dev and SEO - Strong Excel skills and being a pro with Windows Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits: - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ou7u9
