You will be working with our Highway Construction crew throughout Alberta on various projects. Essential Responsibilities: - Perform various highway construction tasks including raking, shoveling, unloading trucks and small maintenance tasks - Assist with traffic control procedures and work zone setup - Work well with others and adhere to Ledcor Health, Safety & Environmental program Qualifications: - Previous labor experience within a highways setting is an advantage - Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driver’s abstract - Must successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing - Ability to incorporate health and safety concepts into work activities - Must demonstrate ability to work under minimal supervision Work Conditions: - This position is to run from May to November 2026 - Candidates must be flexible to work on projects throughout Alberta - Shift rotations working 10-14 hours per day.
