About the Role - All Insurance Ltd is looking for an experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our busy personal lines team. The position is 100% in office.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service over the phone, by email, and in person.
• Maintain client files within the broker management system (Applied Epic).
• Review renewals.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• A valid Level 1 Insurance License in Alberta is required.
• A valid Level 2 Insurance License in Alberta is an asset.

Required Skills

• Previous work experience with an insurance broker in a personal insurance service role.
• Experience with Applied Epic and Applied Rating Services.
• The successful candidate will be required to pass the Level 2 license exam within 12 months of date of hire.
• Time and workload management

• Ability to work effectively on a team and individually
• Previous use of insurance company portals
• Phone and email etiquette
• Ability to speak Punjabi and Hindi is an asset.
• Training will be provided as required.
