Innovative partner in the field of horticultural solutions. PB tec is currently seeking a Project Manager for international service and construction. Superior interpersonal, presentation and writing skills are essential in working effectively with clients and project team members. Applying your technical and organizational skills to the project management knowledge areas of project integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk and procurement will be key components of your professional development. Scope Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables. Assist the Construction Manager with day‑to‑day project management activities. Facilitate communication with teams, sub‑consultants and the client. Work closely with the project team to maintain a current and accurate understanding of project status, issues and changes. Gather data to produce and distribute detailed and summary project management reports capturing general project, schedule, cost and risk information. Assist in developing detailed project schedules and tracking project costs. Ensure project deliverables are in accordance with the applicable project requirements. Follow document control processes and procedures established for project functions including document tracking, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, change logs and other communication tools. Fulfill the Document Control function on projects. Attend/lead project meetings and maintain meeting minutes. Adhere to client standards and internal procedures. Provide general team project and office support as required. Essential Functions Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and assignments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to solve problems. Strong analytical skills. Detail‑oriented and resourceful. Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills. Able to successfully work both collaboratively and independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Robust verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude with strong relationship building skills. Experience with standard project management methodologies and tools such as SharePoint, etc. preferred. Ability to travel for project related work is required. Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in a related field: or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years related experience in a related role in the electrical or mechanical industry.
