Senior Instrumentation Engineer provides high-quality instrumentation and control (I&C;) engineering services to Worley and its customers. This role is responsible for the technical execution of I&C; engineering work across projects, supporting delivery to scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements, while contributing to mentoring and technical development within the instrumentation team. Deliver instrumentation engineering services that meet Worley, client, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, on time and within budget. Lead the execution of instrumentation and control engineering activities on assigned projects or project scopes. Support project planning and delivery, including participation in relevant meetings, preparation of progress reports, and compliance with required checking and quality assurance procedures. Ensure project scope is clearly defined and that changes are managed in accordance with project change management processes. Provide technical input and support during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases, including: Technical bid evaluations; Coordinate instrumentation engineering activities with multidisciplinary teams (process, electrical, mechanical, piping, automation) to ensure integrated project delivery. Support the development and technical review of instrumentation engineering deliverables. Provide guidance and technical support to intermediate and junior engineers and designers as required. Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders. Proactively identify technical issues and risks, developing appropriate solutions, and escalate when needed. Technical & Industry Experience Demonstrated experience delivering instrumentation and control engineering work on industrial projects (e.g., energy, mining, chemicals, or infrastructure). Working knowledge of engineering systems, workflows, and document management tools (e.g., SAP, KMS, or equivalent project systems). HAZOP, LOPA) and implementing outcomes into engineering design. Understanding of project scope definition, workshare execution, and the practical impacts of TA/NTA execution models. Loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and instrument location drawings Motor control and interconnection schematics Bills of material Control narratives and philosophies Material requisitions Construction and engineering work packages Instrumentation Selection & Application Accredited Engineering Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline. Solid experience in instrumentation and control engineering roles on multidisciplinary projects. Demonstrated ability to develop, review, and interpret I&C; designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
