Residential Maintenance Person (Edmonton)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced renovation repair person to join our team and ensure the optimal upkeep and functionality of our residential properties. Avala Equities is a family-owned and operated, full-service real estate investment firm. We specialize in the acquisition and repositioning of mismanaged and undervalued properties in strategic locations across Canada. Key Responsibilities: - Basic plumbing - replacing fixtures, repairing leaks, snaking drains , etc - Basic electrical - replacing outlets / switches , basic trouble shooting - Appliance delivery / replacement - Garbage, large furniture removal from site / units - Unit & Mailbox lock replacement - Basic maintenance ( replace light bulbs, install curtain rods, get units in rentable condition) Qualifications: - Must have a car and valid driver’s license. - Must have basic tools.
