Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle inquiries in a timely manner. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively. Duties - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. - Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints. - Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details. - Engage in upselling and sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services. - Utilize analysis skills to identify common customer concerns and suggest improvements for service delivery. - Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience. - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality across all channels. - Multitask effectively while managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Experience - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided. - Proficiency in data entry and analysis skills is advantageous. - Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable to communicate with a broader customer base. - Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation, are essential. - Experience with upselling techniques and understanding of sales processes will be beneficial. - Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
