As our Windows & Doors Installation Trainer, you will be responsible for building the skills, consistency, and confidence of our installation teams through structured training, field coaching, inspections, and ongoing development. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with strong communication, leadership, and a passion for raising standards across the team. Responsibilities - Develop and deliver both hands-on and classroom-based training programs for installers - Ensure all installers meet or exceed CSA A440.4 and Window Wise compliance standards - Create clear, step-by-step training modules covering installation procedures, tool use, and job site safety - Maintain accurate training records, documentation, and instructional materials - Continuously improve training content to reflect industry best practices, changing standards, and company process updates - Monitor the performance of trainees and installation crews to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to GreenFox standards - Conduct regular installation inspections and provide timely coaching, feedback, and corrective guidance - Work closely with teams to identify recurring issues and implement proactive training solutions - Lead by example by reinforcing proper installation methods, finishing details, and job site professionalism - Support service technicians with skill development and troubleshooting guidance - Participate in recruiting and evaluating new installers to ensure alignment with GreenFox's commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism - Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, development sessions, and performance discussions - Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, respect, and continuous learning - Support succession planning by identifying and developing future lead installers and trainers - Conduct regular safety refreshers and toolbox talks to reinforce awareness and compliance Qualifications - 5+ years' of experience in service or installation of windows and doors - Valid Class 5 Driver's License & Clean Driver Abstract - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Communication effectively in English both verbal and written - High comfort level working in a fast-paced team environment that is constantly changing - Troubleshooting abilities to analyze problem and provide solutions - Ability to prioritize your daily work and organize yourself to meet multiple deadlines and meet customer needs - Practice good attendance and punctuality Why Work with GreenFox - Full-time position - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - RRSP matching program - Gym plan - In office parking - A supportive, fast-paced, and engaging workplace - Growth opportunities in a stable and expanding organization Apply Today If you're ready to help shape the next generation of installers and play a key role in maintaining GreenFox's reputation for quality, professionalism, and excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
