Job Title: Training Solutions Specialist Work Model: Remote Western Canada Location: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba BSIisseekingadrivenandclient- focused Training Solutions Specialist to support the expansion of our training portfolio across Western Canada. In this sales role, you will increase revenue across existing client accounts while developing new business opportunities across the region. Inyourdaytoday,youwillberesponsiblefor: Proposingandclosingcontractstoachieverevenuegrowth,profitability,andcustomersatisfactiontargets Identifyingandqualifyingprospectiveclientstobuildarobustpipelineofnewandexpandedbusinessopportunities EffectivelypositionandpromoteBSIstrainingandISOManagement Systemssolutionstokeydecision-makersinsmalltomidsizeorganizations Participateinastructuredsalesmodelfocusedonattractinganddevelopingnewbusinessopportunities Monitormarkettrendsanddevelopstrategicplanstocapitalizeonemergingopportunities Collaborateeffectively withcross-functionalteamstoensuresuccessfuldeliveryoftrainingsolutions Engageincontinuouslearningtoenhanceproductknowledgeandsellingskills Demonstrateautonomy,initiative,andaccountabilityinmanagingyourterritoryandsalesactivities Tobesuccessfulintherole,youwillhave: Bachelorsdegreein Businessorequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience 2 to 5yearsofB2BorB2Csalesexperience,preferablywithintraining,professionalservices,orsolution-basedsellingenvironments. Strongunderstandingofsolution-basedandconsultativesalestechniques. Excellentcommunication,persuasion,andpresentationskills. Proficiencyin Microsoft Outlook,Teams,Word,and Excel. ExperiencewithCRMtoolswith Salesforcepreferred. Demonstratedcustomerserviceexcellence,includingneedsassessment,servicequality,andsatisfactionevaluation. Strongselfmotivation,resilience,andcompetitivedrivetomeetandexceedtargets.
