Join Align's North America Learning & Development team as an Area Field Training Manager, fully remotely based in Canada. This full time position focuses on equipping sales teams with crucial skills. In this role, you will collaborate with sales stakeholders to implement effective training initiatives that develop the workforce’s potential. Expect to travel frequently while co-training with Territory Managers and analyzing training success through data-driven insights. Your contribution will be vital to enhancing performance across the sales division.
