Elevate client capabilities as a Senior Scrum Master Consultant at Dura Digital. Focus on Agile coaching and process optimization to drive exceptional results. Dura Digital is on the lookout for a Senior Scrum Master Consultant dedicated to empowering teams in Agile methodologies. You will consult with clients to instill Agile practices, mentor teams, and facilitate significant Agile ceremonies. By improving workflows and promoting a culture of agility, you will help clients reach their digital transformation goals. Key Responsibilities: • Mentor clients to form effective Agile teams • Facilitate key ceremonies like Sprint Planning and Reviews • Improve collaboration and communication across teams • Identify impediments and drive their resolution • Partner with Product Owners for backlog alignment Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Scrum Master certification required (CSM or PSM) • At least 4 years in a Scrum Master role • Familiarity with Agile practices such as XP and Lean • Robust communication and teamwork skills Enhance team dynamics and processes by bringing your Agile expertise to Dura Digital.
