Position Details: Technical Recruiter (Remote) Location: Calgary, Alberta Openings: 1 Salary Range: Description: What we’re looking for - An energetic, enthusiastic team player who takes pride intheir work - Someone looking to be part of a fast-growing and dynamic NorthAmerican organization - An eager, goal-oriented professional who is excited tocontinue growing and developing themselves You will be responsible for the followingactivities: - Facilitating the recruitment process for existing and futurepositions - Generate candidate leads and opportunities through recruitmentcalls and outreach - Develop a robust pipeline of candidates with previousexperience working primarily within the software and hardwareengineering sectors - Conduct screening of potential candidates - Evaluating current trends, competitive activity, and economicfactors and changes in the accounts/market segments you manageand translate that knowledge into definitive and actionableplans to build profitable growth - Post career opportunities on both internal and externalplatforms, support Hiring Managers on posting strategies (i.e.Indeed, LinkedIn, career fairs, community events, etc.). - Support Hiring Managers on the writing of preliminary and/orfinal version of the Job description. - On occasion, coordinate interviews for Hiring Managers andTechnical experts involved in the talent acquisition process. - Collaborate and recommend process improvements andefficiencies to build out the recruitment function - Produce accurate weekly reports (Lever ATS) of hiring activityand accomplishments for data trending. - Support Hiring Managers on all questions related to recruitingmethods and interview questions.
