Overview Organization: Non-Profit Organization within the Interior Design industry Position Type: Part-time (25 hours/week) Responsibilities Administration: Facilitate information flow, prepare correspondence, coordinate departments, and manage the annual calendar. Governance: Organize board meetings, maintain governance documents, and support the Annual General Meeting. Financial Management: Oversee partnership agreements, support the Annual Audit, prepare financial statements, and assist with budget development. Membership: Handle membership correspondence, update records, manage renewals, track continuing education credits, and coordinate meetings. Communications: Update the website, manage social media, format newsletters, and distribute award information. Events: Drive educational programming, oversee logistics, manage budgets, and support event execution.
