Senior Demand Planner, London

We're excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Demand Planner. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing organization in a highly visible supply chain planning role. The Senior Demand Planner will play a key part in forecasting, S&OP, inventory alignment, product planning, and cross-functional decision-making across a large SKU portfolio. This is a hybrid role based in London, Ontario, offering the flexibility to work from home 3 days per week and be onsite 2 days per week.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Lead demand planning and forecasting activities across multiple product categories and a large SKU portfolio
• Own and maintain rolling demand forecasts at the SKU/customer level
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Planning, Purchasing, Materials, and Category teams to align on demand assumptions, risks, and opportunities
• Support and improve S&OP processes, reporting, data quality, and planning cadence
• Prepare forecast accuracy, bias, variance, and trend reporting for leadership review
• Present monthly insights, recommendations, and business updates to senior leadership
• Analyze demand trends, customer patterns, forecast misses, and product lifecycle decisions
• Support product discontinuation planning and inventory health initiatives
• Use data-driven insights to improve fill rates, service levels, inventory performance, and revenue alignment
• Provide support, coaching, and backup coverage within the demand planning/S&OP function

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, IBP, or related supply chain planning
• Strong hands-on experience with SKU-level forecasting and large data sets
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 plus bonus
