Lead Shop Customer Service Agent & Social Media Content Creation Bad Habit Tattoo Co. Bad Habit Tattoo Co. is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and reliable person to become the face of our front shop experience. We are searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, genuinely enjoys working with people, and brings positive energy to the team every day. This role combines front-end customer service with light social media content creation to help showcase our artists, studio culture, tattoos, and piercings online. Schedule Tuesday – Saturday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Responsibilities - Greeting and assisting clients in person, over the phone, and through social media/messages - Booking appointments and managing artist schedules - Handling payments, deposits, and general shop administration - Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment - Assisting with daily shop operations and supporting artists when needed - Creating and posting social media content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional posts - Engaging with online followers and helping maintain the studio’s brand image - Educating clients on tattoo and piercing aftercare and general shop policies What We’re Looking For - Excellent customer service and communication skills - A positive attitude is an absolute MUST - Drama-free, mature, and professional personality - Strong team player who contributes to a supportive work environment - Passion for art, tattoos, and piercing culture - Comfortable creating social media content and being creative online - Organized, dependable, and able to multitask - Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or social media is considered an asset Our Ideal Candidate We want someone who brings good energy into the shop, works well with others, and genuinely cares about creating a great experience for every client who walks through the door.
