You as a People & Culture (HR) Manager will: - Act as a business partner to your client group, managing all aspects of the employee life cycle, with the EllisDon values and Employee Experience at top of mind - Support the implementation and management (including launches) of all P&C; programs, activities, and annual processes such as Performance Management, Compensation Reviews, Training and Development and Organizational Development, Onboarding, Employee Orientations and Succession Planning - Deliver full recruitment services for multiple areas, including front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviews, and employment offers - Resolve complex employee relations issues while adhering to the appropriate employment legislation - Compile relative P&C; metrics, analyzing, reporting and identifying trends to strategically support business needs Is this the right role for you? - You have 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience - You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Certificate in HR Management or related field - Experience in the construction industry is preferred - You have passion for the Employee Experience and resonate with the EllisDon Values EllisDon is proud to provide this unique career opportunity that provides continuous learning, chance for growth, and a competitive compensation package within an environment that is committed to inclusion and respects diversity.
