In this full time, permanent role, you'll supervise maintenance operations by mentoring personnel and implementing preventive maintenance schedules with tools such as MES (Hydra) software. Your hands-on approach will drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance equipment uptime, and guarantee strict adherence to safety protocols within our manufacturing environment.
