Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead (Edmonton)

Overview Crew lead for landscape and grounds maintenance of residential and commercial sites, as well as small landscape jobs. In charge of ensuring crew is on task, equipment is looked after, sites are completed, and driving company vehicle. Responsibilities - Mowing lawns, weeding, and pruning shrubs, perennials, and other plants, and general site maintenance. - Lawn maintenance in the summer using small equipment (lawn mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers, etc). - Snow removal in the winter using small equipment and hand tools (snow blowers, sweepers, backpack blowers, shovels). - Other small landscaping projects. - Year‑round position with flexibility for weather; work scheduled Monday to Friday, with possible weekend work if rain is an issue. - Driving company vehicle. Qualifications - Crew lead or foreman experience with landscape maintenance. - At least 2 years of landscape maintenance experience. - Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. - Ability to work in various weather conditions and versatile schedule. - Versatile language requirement: French not required.
