Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member Location: 6564 170 AVE NW EDMONTON Type: Full Time Monday thru Friday 9:00 Am to 5:00 Pm Position Overview: Desjardins Agent is seeking a hard working,ethical, problem solver with an above average memory and a true love of dealing with the public. Responsibilities: - Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. - Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. - Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Requirements: - Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred - Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred - Excellent interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening - Proactive in problem solving - Dedicated to customer service - Ability to multi-task with attention to detail - Ability to make presentations to potential customers Qualifications: - Property & Casualty license (General Level 1 or 2) - Life/Accident and Sickness License asset or must obtain Salary Range $45000 - $60000 / year depending on Insurance experience. Benefits Health/dental and long term disaibiity after 3 months.
