Edmonton Product Support Specialist Role

Insignia Software is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Customer Care Team in Edmonton. This full-time role focuses on resolving technical customer issues and providing training and enhancements. In this permanent position, you will resolve technical issues, document processes, and deliver training materials. Strong interpersonal communication and technical writing skills are vital to support our customers effectively. The role has the potential to advance to a managerial position for high-performing individuals.
