Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher (DSR), Edmonton

We’re hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher (DSR) to support two dynamic companies on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday shift. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering calls, responding to inquiries, booking and dispatching service calls, coordinating technicians in the field, managing schedules, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
