Job Title: Drafting Technologist III Location: Edmonton, AB Duration: 12+ Months Contract - Possible Extension Work Model: Hybrid (Mon, Tues, Thurs in office / Weds, Fri work from home) Pay Rate: $45-47/hr on T4 : We are looking for an experienced Drafting Technologist III to support engineering and operations teams by producing, updating, and maintaining technical drawings for pipeline and facility projects. Responsibilities - Develop, update, and maintain engineering drawings across mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines - Translate engineering concepts, project deliverables, and field redlines into accurate CAD drawings - Review and incorporate site markups, photos, and as-built information into final deliverables - Ensure drawings comply with drafting standards and industry practices - Support preparation of IFC and As-Built drawing packages - Collaborate with engineers, project managers, field teams, and external vendors - Maintain drawing control, revision history, and project documentation - Support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years of drafting experience in the oil & gas industry - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD - Experience with P&IDs;, plot plans, facility layouts, and equipment drawings - Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines including mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation - Ability to interpret field redlines, site photos, and project documentation - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities - Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Enbridge standards and systems - Familiarity with pipeline and facility operations - Knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and tagging conventions - Electrical drafting experience is preferred for one opening Why Work With Us?
