: Customer Service Helpdesk (Bilingual) Location: Onsite - Edmonton, AB or Montreal, QC Duration – 6+ Months contract with solid potential for extension Interview – 2 round Virtual PayRate - $30/hr Very Key – Shift & Work Schedule - Schedule: 24/7/365 rotational day and night shifts. - Shift Duration: Maximum 3 consecutive workdays in a week .12.5-hour shifts, totaling 37.5 hours per week. - Rotation: Employees moving from day shifts to night shifts will receive a minimum of 3 days off to adjust to the schedule. - Weekend Requirement: Must be available to work at least 1 weekend per month. - Overtime: Overtime may be required based on business needs. Long-term opportunity available.
