About the Role Riverdale Property Management is seeking an organized, service-driven Associate Condominium Manager to support the smooth and professional operation of a growing condominium portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and is looking to grow within the condominium management field. The successful candidate will work directly alongside the Condominium Management Broker and assist with day-to-day operations, resident relations, financial administration, contractor coordination, and property oversight. Key ResponsibilitiesResident & Contractor Coordination Liaise with residents, board members, and contractors in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner. Respond to resident inquiries and follow up on maintenance requests. Assist during emergency situations by attending sites when required and providing timely communication updates. Coordinate service appointments, inspections, and contractor access. Building & Operational Oversight Conduct regular common-area inspections and document findings to support proactive maintenance. Maintain accurate resident and tenant contact information and building records. Assist with insurance appraisals, tendering processes, and administration of operating contracts. Maintain up-to-date contract summaries and operational documentation. Financial Administration Prepare monthly accounting reports and assist with annual budget preparation. Review invoices and ensure payments are processed within required timelines. Support Accounts Receivable follow-up on overdue accounts when necessary. Code and verify Accounts Payable invoices for accurate processing. Assist with monthly board reporting, including financial analysis and variance commentary. Ensure condominium fee payments are deposited and recorded accurately. Oversee condominium insurance documentation and related information collection. Additional Responsibilities Support the overall effective management of condominium corporations and uphold Riverdale Property Management’s professional service standards. Perform additional duties as required to support the team and portfolio operations. Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of condominium management experience or related property management exposure preferred. Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is considered an asset. Strong organizational, financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Skilled, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting/property management software. Willingness to learn new systems and applications. Ability to provide a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
