Why This Role is for You: As a Shift Manager, you are a key player in ensuring smooth daily operations while inspiring and leading your team. You will support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running efficient work shifts, upholding brand and company standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will: - Lead and motivate Team Members to perform at their best - Solve problems proactively and seek support when needed - Ensure high-quality, safe food service in a friendly environment - Create a positive workplace where Team Members feel engaged and valued What You Bring to the Table: - Leadership & People Skills: Ability to train, motivate, and support a team - Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills - Operational Excellence: Ability to oversee store operations effectively - Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Remain calm under pressure and take initiative - Integrity & Work Ethic: A positive, results-driven attitude Experience Required: 1 to 2 years of leadership experience in a relevant role Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Career?
