Responsibilities - Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, portioning, and measuring according to recipes - Follow daily prep lists to ensure all items are ready for service - Label, date, and store food items properly following food safety guidelines - Maintain a clean and organized prep station - Assist line cooks and kitchen staff as needed - Ensure kitchen equipment and tools are cleaned and maintained - Follow all health and safety regulations Qualifications - Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an asset but not required - Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting - Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team - Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies when needed Qualifications: Boston Pizza was established over 50 years ago and is proud to be recognized as one of Canada's 50 Top Managed Companies for over 20 years in a row.
