PARTS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Edmonton)

Dyand Mechanical Systems and The Wood Energy Store are currently hiring for a full time position for a Parts Customer Service Representative. The Role: - Assist walk in customers for parts - Answer and return calls from customers inquiring about parts - Updating and replenishing show floor literature - Order needed literature for sales teams - Assist Director of Sales as required - Quotes as requested - Coordinate required daily parts for service technicians - Coverage of Reception breaks Qualifications: - Ability to multi task on various projects at the same time and manage the priorities - HVAC and/or Fireplace parts knowledge would be an asset - Resourceful - Professionalism with customer interactions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Competent computer skills with Excel experience - Excellent Time management and organizational skills - Attention to detail is key - Self motivated Dyand Mechanical and Wood & Energy Store is proud to offer: - Competitive wages - Medical and dental - Growth opportunities If you are looking for an opportunity with a stable, growing company, email your resume.
